Natasha and Ryan decided to ditch the traditional big wedding for a more intimate, adventurous elopement on the Southern Oregon Coast. Their day was filled with beautiful moments, breathtaking landscapes, and lots of love. Let’s follow their Redwoods Oregon elopement and see how they explored some of the most gorgeous spots on the West Coast.
Getting Ready at the Airbnb
Natasha and Ryan started their special day by getting ready together at a cozy Airbnb nestled in the woods. The morning was filled with excitement as they helped each other prepare. Natasha’s dress was simple yet elegant, while Ryan wore his casual yet stylish outfit. As they got ready, and the sun was peeking through the forest, setting the perfect mood for the day ahead.
First Stop: Harris Beach
With everything packed and ready, Natasha and Ryan made their way to Harris Beach. This beautiful beach is popular for its dramatic cliffs, tide pools, and sandy shores. They walked with their coffee along the shoreline, enjoying the cool ocean breeze and taking in the stunning views. The waves crashing against the rocks provided a perfect backdrop for some romantic photos. It was a serene moment that set the tone for the rest of their day.
Cape Ferrelo Viewpoint
Next, they headed to Cape Ferrelo Viewpoint, which offers panoramic views of the coastline. The lookout is a short hike from the parking area, and the view is absolutely worth it. Here they had their ceremony in front of their family and friends overlooking the ocean. It was so incredibly stunning!
Picnic at the Airbnb
After exploring the coast, it was time for a midday break. They returned to their Airbnb for a cozy picnic. The Airbnb’s backyard was the perfect spot, with lush greenery and a sense of privacy. They set up a table, unpacked their favorite foods, and enjoyed a quiet meal together with their sweet daughter Cora. It was a wonderful way to relax and recharge before heading to their next destination.
Jedediah Smith Redwoods State Park
Refreshed and energized, Natasha and Ryan drove to Jedediah Smith Redwoods State Park. This park is famous for its towering redwood trees, some of the tallest and oldest trees in the world. Walking among these giant trees, they felt like they had stepped into another world. The peacefulness of the forest, the way the light filters through the leaves, and the sheer size of the trees left them in awe. They spent hours wandering the trails, taking pictures, and marveling at the beauty of nature.
Secret Beach
The final stop of their day was Secret Beach, a hidden gem on the Oregon coast. This secluded beach is not easy to find, but the effort is worth it. Natasha and Ryan arrived just as the sun was beginning to set. The beach was almost empty, so it was like a private beach to themselves. They explored the beach, played in the surf, and watched the sunset together. Also, the colors of the sky reflecting on the water created a magical atmosphere, making it the perfect ending to their elopement adventure.
